Recruiter Staffing Specialist

Our client is seeking a Recruiter Staffing Specialist to join their team. As a Recruiter Staffing Specialist, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting Global Vehicle Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams. 
 

Job Title:Recruiter Staffing Specialist

Location:29755 Louis Chevrolet Road, Warren, MI 48093 (Hybrid: Tue–Thu onsite; Mon/Fri remote)

Pay Range: $40 per hour on W2
 

What's the Job?

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for Global Vehicle Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams, from hiring manager intake through offer acceptance.
• Conduct hiring manager intake calls, post and manage requisitions (REQS), and review resumes to source, screen, and vet candidates.
• Own candidate communication and coordinate the interview/selection process by partnering with TA Coordinators and scheduling interviews.
• Use available AI-enabled interview tools and collaborate with interview coordinators to keep the process moving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Facilitate offer discussions and support offer extension/negotiation while maintaining clear, timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Approximately 3–5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including independently managing requisitions and partnering with hiring managers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, changing environment while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
• Strong organization, communication, initiative, and judgment to run an end-to-end recruiting desk.
• Staffing agency and high-volume recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
