Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a FCC KYC Support Analyst to join their team. As a FCC KYC Support Analyst, you will be part of the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) function supporting compliance operations and client onboarding workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive information, which will align well with the organization.

What's the Job?
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding and periodic review processes by collecting, validating, and analyzing customer documentation.
- Support risk assessments and customer due diligence activities in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Maintain and update client records while ensuring data accuracy and completeness across compliance systems.
- Coordinate with compliance officers and relationship managers to resolve KYC deficiencies or information gaps.
- Monitor alerts and help investigate potential financial crime risks, contributing to FCC guideline adherence and audit support.
What's Needed?
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and FCC regulatory frameworks.
- Experience working with compliance systems and performing document review.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and workflows accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
