Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager 5 to join their team. As a Marketing Manager 5, you will be part of the Product Marketing organization supporting the Microsoft Advertising Product Marketing team. From your perspective, this role is built for a hands-on product marketer who can turn customer and market signals into clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution—especially within Demand Intelligence. You’ll bring strong product marketing fundamentals, the ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into customer-ready narratives, and a collaborative mindset that helps you partner effectively with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders.

What's the Job?
- Partner with Product Management and cross-functional teams to translate product strategy, customer insights, and market signals into product marketing strategy and execution.
- Gather and synthesize advertiser, market, and competitive insights to identify customer needs, product opportunities, and potential barriers to adoption.
- Develop positioning, value propositions, messaging, and proof points that translate technical advertising capabilities into clear advertiser benefits and use cases.
- Support go-to-market planning and launch readiness for new products, features, pilots, and platform capabilities, including creation of launch materials and messaging frameworks.
- Create enablement assets (e.g., pitch decks, product overviews, training materials, and sales resources) to support product adoption and stakeholder education.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and product launch planning.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and/or ad tech, with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and competitive landscape.
- 3+ years of experience in customer and market insights, synthesizing customer feedback, market research, competitive intelligence, and performance signals into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated inbound and outbound product marketing experience (inbound: translating market information into product strategy; outbound: developing customer-facing materials, messaging, and go-to-market plans).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
