Business Requirements Analyst

Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst to support Sales business applications, including Salesforce.com and SAP ECC. This role partners with business and technology teams to gather requirements, drive system enhancements, coordinate testing, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
 

Job Title: Business requirements Analyst with SAP ECC

Location: Columbus, OH- Hybrid

Pay Range: $50/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements and updates to sales-related applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions and manage project expectations.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate system changes and ensure quality outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings with management and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and improve system integrations.

What’s Needed?

• 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile project environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and other project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP ECC, or SAP CRM is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
