Our client, Healthcare IT is seeking a Project Manager - Healthcare IT (Revenue Cycle) #4900 to join their team. As a Project Manager - Healthcare IT (Revenue Cycle) #4900, you will be part of the Technology organization supporting Revenue Cycle initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on project management experience that will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote (Saint Louis, Missouri)

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution from initiation through completion for Revenue Cycle-related technology initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, timelines, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to keep delivery on track.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget expectations.
• Track, manage, and forecast project financials while communicating status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues; manage scope, resources, and timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and managed service partners.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager with hands-on project management leading technology implementations and enhancements.
• Demonstrated experience managing Revenue Cycle projects within a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including managing budgets, schedules, financial forecasting, risks, and resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
