Our client is seeking a Recruiter Staffing Specialist to join their team. As a Recruiter Staffing Specialist, you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team supporting North America hiring needs.

Pay Range: $32 per hour
What's the Job?
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling with precision, proactively resolving conflicts and calendar changes to minimize disruptions for candidates and interview teams.
- Deliver top-notch candidate care by providing timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses to candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Hiring Managers.
- Maintain open communication with Talent Acquisition Partners and serve as a trusted partner to support a seamless hiring experience.
- Maintain and update candidate records in Workday and other platforms with meticulous attention to detail to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Manage candidate trackers aligned with the Applicant Tracking System, using Excel and Workday dashboards to keep information current and actionable.
What's Needed?
- 1+ years of Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiting experience.
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with an enterprise ATS, preferably Workday Recruiting, including comfort navigating candidate stages, running reports, and maintaining data accuracy across requisitions.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook calendar management (scheduling, Free/Busy visibility, managing reschedules) and Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and managing data exports for tracking).
- Working proficiency with AI-based scheduling platforms such as Paradox, Ev-e, or similar tools; experience with automated, semi-automated, or round-robin interview scheduling is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus proven organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
