Content Coordinator 2

Our client is seeking a Content Coordinator 2 to join their team. As a Content Coordinator 2, you will be part of the Office Shared Organization (OSO) supporting OSO content operations and AI-generated content evaluation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a practical mindset for workflow automation, and the ability to collaborate across content, design, engineering, and localization partners.

Job Title: Content Coordinator 2 - (Content Publishing & Automation Specialist)

Location:Remote (PST hours required)

Pay Range: 38/hr on Experis W2 + Benefits

Must HAVE:

• Build, test, document, and maintain scripts and lightweight tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to consolidate existing scripts into reliable end-to-end publishing and validation workflows.
• Hands-on experience automating workflows using Python, PowerShell, or a similar scripting language.

What's the Job?

• Perform detailed quality assurance checks of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint templates before ingestion, including metadata accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to publishing standards.
• Publish and maintain content in the CMS using established workflows, release requirements, and controlled publishing processes.
• Support en-US and localized bulk-ingestion workflows, coordinating handoffs across content, design, and localization teams.
• Identify repetitive or error-prone content operations and translate them into clear automation requirements and maintainable workflow recommendations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital content publishing, content operations, content management, production, or a related field.
• Strong practical expertise with Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience automating workflows using Python, PowerShell, or a similar scripting language.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot CLI, GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio Code, or comparable tools to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation.
