Our client, advanced manufacturing construction team is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to join their team in Austin, TX. As a Senior Construction Scheduler, you will be part of the Construction Management organization supporting the scheduling and execution rhythm for a fast-paced design-build project. The ideal candidate will have strong schedule ownership, clear cross-functional communication, and a safety-minded, detail-driven approach that will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate: $82/HR + Benefits
Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract
Job Functions:
- Own and maintain the integrated construction schedule, ensuring alignment with project milestones and design-build delivery requirements.
- Drive critical path performance by coordinating look-ahead planning, updating activity logic, and supporting timely execution across concurrent work fronts.
- Partner with the master scheduler and field leadership to coordinate structural and civil milestone readiness so downstream work can proceed without avoidable delays.
- Support procurement and execution planning by tracking long-lead items, sequencing constraints, and schedule impacts across trades.
- Provide clear, regular schedule reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities to project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency with construction scheduling tools, including Primavera P6, with the ability to drive schedule performance from a management level.
- Experience supporting scheduling for complex industrial or advanced manufacturing projects, particularly in compressed design-build environments.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and milestone coordination across multiple trades and work areas.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and relevant project documentation to support schedule accuracy.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and the ability to support high-risk construction activities through disciplined planning and coordination.
