Senior Insurance Analyst

Our client, a global organization, is seeking a Senior Insurance Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Insurance Analyst, you will be part of the Treasury team supporting insurance operations and risk services across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote United States

Pay Range: $50

What's the Job?

• Manage the collection and preparation of underwriting documentation for policy placements, including domestic and international coverage.
• Prepare premium estimates for the annual budget process, maintain quarterly dashboards for upper management, and deliver ad hoc reporting as requested.
• Ensure insurance-related payments are accurate, submitted on time, and properly allocated.
• Review insurance requirements within customer and supplier contracts to support the Assistant Treasurer as needed.
• Issue certificates of insurance and maintain insurance files, including updated policy information, paid invoices, claims details, and all related correspondence.

What's Needed?

• Broad training in a related professional field, acquired through college-level education, including a bachelor’s degree in business or a related degree.
• Significant job-related experience with corporate insurance programs, with global program experience a plus.
• Positive, proactive approach with strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Customer-focused dedication to meeting internal and external customer expectations, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
