IT Procurement Analyst (Supply Chain Sourcing) Ecommerce

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Senior IT Procurement Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Analyst, you will support technology-focused sourcing initiatives, supplier management, contract administration, and procurement analytics within a fast-paced eCommerce environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting software and technology sourcing engagements, including SaaS solutions, licensing agreements, RFx events, supplier negotiations, and spend analysis.

What's the Job?

• Support the day-to-day execution of sourcing strategies for technology and eCommerce-related categories, with a focus on reducing costs and improving supplier performance.
• Lead and support sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and bid analyses.
• Conduct spend analysis, opportunity assessments, benchmarking, and should-cost modeling to identify cost savings and sourcing opportunities.
• Develop award optimization scenarios and supplier recommendations to minimize total cost of ownership.
• Support supplier relationship management activities, including supplier scorecards, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and administer supplier agreements, statements of work (SOWs), software licensing agreements, amendments, and other procurement documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders, legal teams, and suppliers to support sourcing strategies and contract execution.
• Assist with savings tracking, sourcing analytics, and supplier performance reporting.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supplier management.
• Experience supporting software, SaaS, cloud services, or technology procurement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience supporting RFx processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ) from supplier selection through award recommendations.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, or administering contracts, SOWs, supplier agreements, or licensing agreements.
• Demonstrated experience performing spend analysis, supplier analysis, benchmarking, or sourcing analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Experience sourcing customer-facing technology solutions, digital platforms, or eCommerce-related technologies.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, machine learning, or emerging technology vendors.
• Experience supporting software licensing negotiations and subscription-based agreements.
• Experience with supplier performance management, supplier scorecards, or vendor governance programs.
• IT Services sourcing experience.
• Experience working within consulting, system integrator, retail, or eCommerce environments.

• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Self-starter capable of working independently while driving sourcing projects to completion.
