Project Manager Non Tech 4

Our client, a global technology and cloud infrastructure leader, is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager / Construction Manager, you will be part of the Energy Delivery organization supporting utility partners, engineering teams, contractors, and regional project delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager / Construction Manager (Energy Delivery)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $62/Hr - $64/Hr on W2

What’s the Job?

• Manage utility, electrical infrastructure, and construction projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with utilities, engineering teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and action items while providing regular status reporting.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress, quality, and contractor performance.
• Facilitate project meetings and support leadership with project updates and issue resolution.

What’s Needed?

• 7+ years of project management experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• 5+ years of construction management or field execution experience.
• 3+ years of experience with electrical infrastructure, utility, power delivery, transmission, distribution, or substation projects.
• Strong expertise in schedule management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and project reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
