Our client is seeking an Enterprise Application Administrator to join their team. As an Enterprise Application Administrator, you will be part of the IT Applications organization, supporting enterprise SaaS platforms that power business operations and digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, a security-first mindset, and the ability to partner across teams to turn technology into measurable business value.

Location: Remote, must travel to Selah, Washington  a few times a year

Pay Range:$105000 - $130000

What's the Job?

  • Administer and secure a portfolio of enterprise SaaS applications (including ERP, CRM, HRMS, and CMS) to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Own assigned platforms as a platform owner—partnering with vendors, business stakeholders, and development teams to support evaluation, adoption, configuration, upgrades, migrations, optimization, and decommissioning.
  • Manage SaaS user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with enterprise identity and security standards, including authentication and authorization controls.
  • Support application security and risk management by identifying, assessing, and helping mitigate risks related to access, configuration, integrations, data protection, and vulnerabilities.
  • Administer CMS and digital experience platforms in coordination with Marketing, UX, and vendors—ensuring reliable delivery across approved digital channels and maintaining structured content models.

What's Needed?

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Five years’ experience administering at least one enterprise SaaS business application in one or more of the following categories: ERP, HRMS, or CRM.
  • Practical experience administering or supporting a CMS or digital experience platform, including administration of users, roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and role-based access control; exposure to Entra ID integrations is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application, access, performance, vendor, and integration issues and coordinate resolution with vendors, internal IT teams, and business users.
