Lead Power Platform Specialist

Our client, Financial Services is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Product Capabilities Data Execution Team supporting Cards & Personal Lending. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional collaboration, a strategic mindset for process improvement, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Chandler, AZ (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Preferred location: AZ (Charlotte Tryon St).

What's the Job?

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate current processes, and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, simplification, and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Drive adoption of technology-enabled solutions by developing sustainable processes, promoting best practices, and supporting organizational change.
• Develop executive-level reporting, insights, and communications to support decision-making, business performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, or related experience (or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• 3+ years of experience developing automation, workflow, business intelligence, or technology-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication skills that support influence across technical and non-technical partners.
