Salesforce Solution Architect

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will own overall architecture and design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects, translating business needs into scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce architecture expertise, strong data modeling skills, and the confidence to lead technical discussions and resolve delivery roadblocks.

What's the Job?

• Provide overall architecture and design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects.
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept to help define requirements and validate solution approaches.
• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, determining when custom solutions are necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and deliver a robust data model that supports project requirements, while driving discussions and resolving roadblocks to ensure quality delivery.

What's Needed?

• 8 to 10 years of Solutions Architecture experience, including SFDC Architecture.
• Required Salesforce Certifications: Architecture Track.
• Proficiency with Salesforce technologies including APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and Force.com.
• Strong knowledge of the SFDC data model across various clouds/products, with significant data modeling experience.
• DevOps experience for CI/CD, plus a proven track record delivering large enterprise Salesforce projects.
