Data Management Analyst 3 - Contingent

Our client, a data-driven organization supporting project and program initiatives, is seeking a Data Management Analyst 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the data management function supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong initiative ownership, the ability to drive projects forward to due dates, and confidence presenting progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

What's the Job?

• Support project/program or initiatives management by driving data-related workstreams forward.
• Define milestones, track progress, and help ensure deliverables stay aligned with due dates.
• Coordinate and advance initiatives through structured planning, follow-ups, and clear execution.
• Present updates and status to senior leadership, communicating risks, blockers, and next steps.
• Maintain strong organization and documentation practices to support consistent execution across stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Strong background in project/program or initiatives management with a focus on execution.
• Proven ability to drive projects/initiatives forward and keep work moving to completion.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership with clear, concise, and actionable communication.
• Ability to define milestones and actively manage progress toward due dates.
• Comfort working in a structured environment where communication and coordination are essential.
