Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Austin, TX - 100% Onsite
8 Months Contract + Extension 
Pay Range: $40/hr to $44/hr on W2 

Job Description:

• Own and administer team project management platforms, including Monday.com, to keep workflows organized and on track.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project intake, workflow management, and project prioritization—ensuring requests are properly scoped and assigned.
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints before they impact timelines.
• Coordinate project timelines across stakeholders, affiliates, agencies, and cross-functional partners to keep teams aligned.
• Manage operational processes end-to-end, including SOW execution through Ariba procurement and invoice tracking for budget accuracy.

Skills 

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Traffic Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Workfront, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing budgets, SOWs, purchase orders, invoices, or procurement-related processes.
