ERP Architect - Netsuite

Our client, ERP transformation and technology services is seeking a ERP Architect - Netsuite to join their team. As a ERP Architect - Netsuite, you will be part of the Architecture & Transformation team supporting ERP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong solution design leadership, clear stakeholder communication, and a disciplined approach to governance and delivery that will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture for ERP transformation programs, translating business requirements into scalable, sustainable designs.
• Develop future-state process designs, solution blueprints, and architectural roadmaps, including fit-gap assessments that minimize unnecessary customization.
• Drive business process transformation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Project-to-Profit.
• Provide technical architecture oversight for NetSuite configuration, customization, and extensions using SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk APIs, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Define enterprise integration and data management architectures, including integration design with middleware platforms (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, OIC) and data migration strategy, mapping, and governance.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with at least 5+ years focused on Oracle NetSuite, including proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
• Deep expertise with NetSuite OneWorld environments and multi-subsidiary organizations, with strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and data migration strategies, including master data governance and controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution design workshops and executive presentations, with excellent written and verbal stakeholder management skills.
