Field Robotics Test Engineer

Our client is seeking a Field Robotics Test Engineer to join their team. As a Field Robotics Test Engineer, you will be part of the Field Operations & Test team supporting autonomous and semi-autonomous robotics deployments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on test execution experience, strong safety leadership, and the ability to document and communicate technical results clearly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas (Onsite)

What's the Job?

• Maintain a safe testing and fielding environment by championing company safety standards, industry standards, and regulations, and helping develop and enforce site-specific protocols and safe work instructions.
• Collaborate with program and engineering teams to understand concept of operations (CONOP), planned use cases, and help design and execute tests that assess engineering and customer requirements.
• Document daily inspections, test procedures, results, findings, and maintenance activities; provide clear, concise, and accurate reports.
• Perform minor routine preventative maintenance and repairs, and work with engineering and support teams to calibrate, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues with robotic systems and equipment.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience 
• Operations manager or other strong leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent).
• OSHA 30.
