Inside Sales Representative

Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the Inside Sales Account team supporting customer retention and growth across a portfolio of foodservice operators. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach to CRM documentation, and the drive to qualify leads and convert opportunities into measurable results.

What's the Job?

  • Update account information, venue details, and program records in the customer management system with accuracy and consistency.
  • Respond to general customer inquiries and help drive successful resolutions.
  • Handle account requests including setup and maintenance, equipment service, accounting disputes, product tracking, and delivery claims while improving process efficiency.
  • Conduct proactive sales and support outreach calls by tier to drive results.
  • Measure and report weekly activities to ensure KPIs and goals are met, and prepare monthly and annual portfolio performance analysis.

What's Needed?

  • Manage work in Outlook.
  • Intermediate Excel experience.
  • 2+ years of sales, restaurant, coffeehouse, or account management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented ability to document work in CRM.
