Python Developer

Our client is seeking a Python Developer to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Python Developer, you will be part of a delivery group focused on building and evolving backend services, REST APIs, and modern application capabilities. If you enjoy turning technical specifications into reliable software, collaborating across teams, and working on GenAI-enabled, agentic workflows, this role is built for you.

What's the Job?

• Design and develop application capabilities using Python, FastAPI, ReactJS, MongoDB, and S3-compatible storage.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services, REST APIs, data models, and enterprise integrations.
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows using Google Agent Development Kit, integrating with internal LLM services supporting models such as Claude and Gemini.
• Develop agents that support application insights, assessments, provisioning validation, and deployment activities.
• Implement structured LLM outputs, tool calling, human-in-the-loop approvals, validation controls, and agent evaluation.

What's Needed?

• Strong hands-on experience developing applications using Python.
• Experience building backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI or a comparable Python framework.
• Experience with MongoDB or another document-oriented database.
• Understanding of ReactJS and modern front-end development concepts.
• Practical experience developing GenAI of LLM-enabled applications, including agentic workflows, tool calling, structured outputs, prompt design, or human-in-the-loop processes.
