Senior ERP Business Analyst (AR/Billing)

Our client, a leading organization in financial services and regulatory technology, is seeking a Business Analyst - Non IT III | USA to join their team. As a Business Analyst - Non IT III | USA, you will be part of a cross-functional delivery organization supporting regulatory initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong requirements translation skills, a collaborative mindset, and disciplined documentation and dependency management to help ensure compliant, on-time implementation.

Job Title: Business Analyst - Non IT III 

Location: New York, NY (HYBRID: onsite 3 days a week)

Pay Range: $62/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Drive the delivery of assigned regulatory initiatives by translating government, regulatory, business, customer, platform, and operational requirements into clear product and technical asks.
• Coordinate across business, technology, vendor, PMO, tax, compliance, and product stakeholders to finalize requirements, manage documentation, and track dependencies.
• Own system/process impact assessments for the assigned product area to support compliant implementation and transition to ongoing support.
• Resolve ownership gaps across fragmented teams by ensuring every dependency has a named owner, due date, evidence, and an escalation path.
• Support scalable, reusable product decisions that contribute to a global e-Invoicing playbook rather than one-time country-specific implementations.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years in product/program management, business systems analysis, or IT delivery roles focused on Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, or order to cash systems.
• Direct hands-on experience with at least one major ERP or billing platform (e.g., Oracle ERP/EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday Financials, or equivalent) in an AR/O2C capacity.
• Experience delivering international regulatory reporting requirements, such as transaction level reporting, statutory or cross-border reporting, VAT/GST digital reporting, or comparable multijurisdictional compliance mandates.
• Practical experience with structured data mapping and regulatory reporting formats (XML, EDI, or equivalent), including field-level mapping and mandatory vs. conditional data elements.
• Experience writing formal business/functional requirements, user stories, and UAT/SIT test scripts for regulatory or financial systems implementations.
