Our client in the financial industry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be part of the product organization supporting product strategy and delivery across an enterprise product group. The ideal candidate will be data-savvy, comfortable connecting insights across multiple systems, and motivated to lead product vision and roadmap decisions that solve core business problems.

Location: Rockville, Maryland (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $72/hr - $77/hr

What's the Job?

  • Own the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for multiple products and/or complex products, guiding them through the product development process.
  • Manage product backlogs for a product group by prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on user needs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop deep understanding of the business and product areas within the product group, including the relevant data that can inform key decisions.
  • Define multiple products and/or complex products by identifying gaps and user needs, creating vision, strategy, and requirements documents for product(s).
  • Utilize available data or commission new research to uncover user needs, and run experiments and primary research to validate and expand user value.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree with demonstrated senior-level Product Management experience in enterprise environments, including ownership of roadmap, feature definition, and backlog prioritization for one or more product areas.
  • Experience managing multiple products or complex enterprise product portfolios and translating complex business challenges into scalable product solutions.
  • Ability to connect insights across multiple data sources to solve core business problems and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Experience using data to inform product decisions, including planning and organizing experiments and primary research.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with proven success driving alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Graph technology and GenAI solutions knowledge is a plus.
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred.
