Sr. Supply Chain Planner

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join their team. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be part of the Supply Chain Operations Management organization supporting forward and reverse supply planning and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, hands-on supply chain planning experience, and the ability to build clear Power BI or Tableau dashboards that turn complex information into actionable decisions.

Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Location: Remote (No C2C or 3rd Party application) 

Pay Range: $40/Hour on W2 

What's the Job?

• Support the development and execution of forward and reverse supply plans under guidance from senior team members.
• Perform supply and demand analysis, including “what-if” scenarios, to optimize service levels, costs, and inventory positioning.
• Collaborate on raw material planning, identify excess goods, and work with suppliers to align on build plans.
• Build and maintain dashboards, interpret data, and conduct root-cause analysis to support inventory and supply decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation efforts, including process automation and system scalability.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field and relevant experience; or Master’s degree in a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with supply/demand planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, supplier operations, and/or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reports (not just consuming existing dashboards).
• Experience analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends and risks, performing root-cause analysis, and translating insights into actionable business decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate updates and escalations.
