Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Test Specialist / Electronic Technician to perform testing, troubleshooting, wiring verification, and validation of electromechanical systems and components during manufacturing. The technician will work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify issues, perform rework, document test results, and ensure products meet

Basic Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in electrical testing, electromechanical systems, electronics manufacturing, or related environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical/electromechanical problems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Manufacturing or production testing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-line and manufacturing testing of electromechanical systems and subsystems.
• Verify wiring, connections, and electrical assemblies according to work instructions and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical/electromechanical issues during manufacturing testing.
• Perform rework, repair, and corrective actions on failed units.
• Perform wire harnessing for electromechanical systems.
• Document test results, failures, discrepancies, and corrective actions accurately.
• Support manufacturing capacity by completing testing within required timelines.
• Work with engineers, production teams, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Follow safety procedures, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
• Support assembly, calibration, integration, and validation activities as needed.
