Data Analytics Lead

As a Data Analytics Lead, you’ll step into a mission-critical role where your analytical leadership directly strengthens identity data analysis and dormant account identification. You’ll lead offshore execution, translate requirements into actionable analysis work, validate extraction and evidence quality, and drive reporting that helps stakeholders make confident decisions. Job Title:Data Analytics Lead

Location:Remote (US Onshore)

What's the Job?

• Lead offshore execution across assigned application waves supporting dormant account identification and identity access analysis.
• Perform requirement analysis and translate requirements into analysis activities for offshore teams.
• Validate data extraction logic, scripts, analysis results, and evidence packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead and build analytical reporting for dormant accounts for applications, ensuring results are stakeholder-ready.
• Coordinate delivery progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies, and align with the onshore lead on scope, priorities, and changes.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of identity data analytics experience working with both unstructured and structured data.
• Experience with authentication and identity data analysis, including hands-on work with large identity datasets.
• Strong analytical reporting experience, including building and communicating insights from complex data.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bean Shell, SQL, Excel, and related tools.
• Splunk experience for data querying and reporting, plus strong quality assurance and validation skills.
