As a ServiceNow BCM Developer, I’m excited to apply my hands-on ServiceNow development skills to help streamline business continuity management workflows, strengthen resilience, and improve how teams plan, test, and recover critical services. I’m looking for a role where I can build, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to support BCM lifecycle automation, integrations, and secure, high-quality delivery.

What's the Job?

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow for Business Continuity Management (BCM), including plan templates and lifecycle automation.
• Build and enhance BCM capabilities such as Business Impact Analysis (BIA) components, recovery strategies, dependencies, exercise workflows, and data capture.
• Create and implement ServiceNow workflows and automation using Flow Designer logic, Workflow Editor, UI policies, business rules, and structured data schemas.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP and ensure CMDB alignment and maintainable data models, including role-based access and security requirements.
• Deliver high-quality solutions by performing unit testing, validating configuration, supporting UAT and releases, and remediating defects until successful completion.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, preferably in IRM/GRC/BCM related modules.
• Strong proficiency in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Glide scripting, plus experience with Catalog Items and ServiceNow forms.
• Experience building integrations (REST/SOAP) and working with MID server and CMDB alignment (or closely related platform alignment work).
• Knowledge of BCM concepts including BIAs, continuity plans, dependencies, RTO/RPO, exercises, and recovery strategies, with the ability to translate lifecycle needs into technical system behavior.
• ServiceNow certifications required: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer), with IRM/BCM micro certifications preferred.
