QA Analyst

Our client, Cyber Data Operations is seeking a QA Analyst to join their team. As a QA Analyst, you will be part of ISDAD supporting the Cyber Data Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to deliver reliable systems, a detail-oriented mindset for defect identification, and the communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers and agile teams.

What's the Job?

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements for CyberDW and the Cyber Data Dashboards.
• Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance phases.
• Identify, report, and track defects; document issues clearly and collaborate with developers to drive resolution.
• Maintain traceability of requirements and ensure test documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Participate in agile scrum calls, provide feedback on system usability and stability, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

What's Needed?

• 7-10 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or business systems analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of test management tools, including JIRA; experience with Confluence is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile or Scrum frameworks, with strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong data-scrubbing and analysis ability, including writing SQL queries with familiarity with joins and CTEs, and identifying data outliers.
• Good communication and documentation skills, including the ability to manage testing and automation documentation and deliverables.
