Location:Charlotte, NC (Tryon Street only)

Pay Range:$65-$69/hr 

What's the Job?

• Serve as a lead for communications surveillance in Corporate Banking and Markets, supporting monitoring, review, and escalation of potential conduct and market risk indicators.
• Evaluate complex voice and electronic communications to identify risk indicators, determine appropriate next steps, and make well-supported escalation decisions.
• Maintain high-quality case documentation, including concise summaries, escalation rationales, and management-ready reporting.
• Apply financial services risk and control concepts to communication reviews, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
• Support governance and continuous improvement by contributing to trend analysis, key risk/performance indicators, and surveillance effectiveness insights.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in communications surveillance, compliance, risk management, control management, investigations, trade or electronic communications monitoring, Corporate Banking, Markets, or a related discipline.
• Ability to articulate AI exposure and how you apply AI-related tools or insights responsibly in surveillance and review workflows.
• License in Market Risk.
• Excellent written communication skills for concise case documentation, escalation summaries, and management reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking, analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
