Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. As a Executive Assistant, you will be part of the Product and Health Plan Strategy team supporting Vice President-level leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong executive support experience, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and the communication skills to craft professional emails which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Organize meetings, events, and offsite activities, including room reservations, catering, agendas, and materials.
  • Take notes and minutes during select meetings, and support meeting follow-up and documentation.

What's Needed?

  • At least 3 years of prior relevant experience, including experience supporting Vice President-level leaders.
  • Experience supporting executives in a healthcare or other highly regulated market (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, work in a fast-paced environment, and resolve conflicts with strong judgment.
  • Ability to craft professional email communications.
  • Proficiency with Concur, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, and MS Office 365.
