Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and technology industry, is seeking a Producer 3 to join their dynamic team. As a Producer 3, you will be part of the Engineering Systems department supporting the Minecraft Mojang team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $38.82 - $41.85/hour

What's the Job?

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and track team velocity and capacity
• Own feature delivery schedules and assign work items effectively
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers, maintaining documentation
• Create and maintain dashboards, calendars, trackers, and transition checklists for project milestones
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for release planning, validation, and dependencies

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or related fields
• Deep familiarity with tools like ADO, Jira, or Confluence for task management and documentation
• Strong knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks to manage team velocity and milestones
• Ability to bridge gaps between creative teams, programmers, and stakeholders
• Flexibility and resilience to thrive in an evolving environment and adapt quickly to change
