Network and Systems Administrator

Our client, a dedicated non-profit organization committed to supporting education and community development, is seeking a Network and Systems Administrator to join their team. 

Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (hybrid 3 days a week in South Philadelphia)

Pay Range: 35-55/hr (depending on experience)
Hybrid 3 days a week onsite in South Philadelphia (Local travel required)
6 month contract to hire

What's the Job?

• Manage and maintain multi-site network infrastructure, including Cisco and Meraki devices.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cloud services like Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform hardware upgrades and repairs.
• Implement and review security policies, conduct security audits, and improve cybersecurity measures.
• Support end-users with technical issues, onboarding, and device management across locations.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with networking technologies including routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Cisco orMeraki networking hardware and tools.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues independently and maintain detailed documentation.
