UX Researcher III

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a UX Researcher III to join their dynamic team. As a UX Researcher III, you will be part of the User Experience department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to creating impactful digital products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $60

What's the Job?

• Partner directly with a dedicated, integrated team to conceive, build, and launch innovative products.
• Conduct formative research to identify latent needs and problems to address with product solutions.
• Lead iterative design research to refine early prototypes into market-ready products.
• Contribute to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market planning through research insights.
• Manage external research vendors to augment the research team's capabilities and ensure quality outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Experience with questionnaire design, survey programming, and survey quality assurance.
• Proficiency with quantitative analysis tools such as SPSS, R, Python, SQL, and survey platforms like Qualtrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and utilize data to support hypotheses.
• Experience managing external research vendors and collaborating across teams.
