Technical Program Manager, ASIC

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Technical Program Manager, ASIC to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, ASIC, you will be part of the Infrastructure Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager, ASIC 

Location: San Francisco, California

Pay Range:$70-80/hr

What's the Job?

• Manage cross-functional infrastructure programs in a matrix organization covering Silicon Engineering, Platform Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations, and vendors.
• Drive and manage ASIC development and their subsystems with vendors, from concept to production.
• Provide hands-on program management during all phases of silicon and firmware development including concept, design, fabrication, validation, and production release.
• Engage with stakeholders to define product development roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive program execution to deliver high-quality ASIC solutions and implement process improvements across teams.

What's Needed?

• BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in ASIC development.
• 2+ years of experience in Program/Product Management or Engineering Management with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Experience managing ASIC design flow, including architecture, RTL, synthesis, verification, and physical layout.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and organizations.
