Our client, a leading food and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join their team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality Laboratory Services team supporting routine sample submission and quality documentation workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a collaborative mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Leonia, New Jersey
Pay Range: $24/hr
What's the Job?
- Coordinate routine submission of samples to QC laboratories, including raw material, bulk, and special samples.
- Provide daily and weekly updates to Management on the status of samples undergoing testing in QC.
- Process incoming sample submissions and ensure required documentation and specifications are complete.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding re-sampling needs and missing information.
- Create and maintain quality reports and laboratory tracking tools, including quality data trending and laboratory log spreadsheets.
What's Needed?
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with basic mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and understand chemistry and micro-biology terminology and documentation.
- Familiarity with GMP and Good Documentation practices.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to Quality Laboratory Services principles, including ISO 17025, SHE principles, Nestlé GLP, and Nestlé QMS.
