Product Quality Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Coordinator Product Quality to join their team. As a Coordinator Product Quality, you will be part of the Quality Laboratory supporting laboratory services to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a commitment to quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Quality Coordinator 

Location:Leonia, NJ

Pay Range: $24/hr 

Must Have: 

• Sample management and sample tracking (raw materials, bulk products, lab submissions)
• GMP/GDP knowledge
• Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, Food & Beverage, pharma, Nutraceuticals, Consumer Products, Cosmetics, Chemical Manufacturing or regulated environment

What's the Job?

• Support the Quality Laboratory mission by managing routine sample submissions and testing coordination.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding sample status and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and data trending related to quality testing processes.
• Review certificates of analysis, QA/QC reports, and other quality documentation for raw materials and products.
• Assist during annual audits and support laboratory operations, including procurement and invoice management.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and understand chemistry, microbiology terminology, and documentation.
• Familiarity with GMP, Good Documentation Practices, ISO 17025, SHE principles, and Nestlé QMS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams and adapt to changing work environments.
