Our client, enterprise technology is seeking a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the software engineering organization supporting AI solutions delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for technical excellence, a collaborative mindset across product and engineering partners, and the ability to prototype and deliver in a fast-paced environment—aligning successfully in the organization.

Location:Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $70-$74/hr 

What's the Job?

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks that streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that support AI-powered experiences and reusable AI capabilities.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks to enable intelligent automation.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities with measurable business impact.
• Drive scalability, security, performance, and technical excellence across AI and automation solutions, including rapid prototyping and deployment.

What's Needed?

• Full-Stack Development: 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications with strong skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• Generative AI Engineering: 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Agent Frameworks & Tooling: Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Agent-Based Workflow Design: Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• Agile & Self-Starter Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
