Our client, enterprise technology team is seeking a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the engineering organization supporting AI solutions and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to build production-ready software, a hands-on mindset for Generative AI development, and the ability to collaborate across product and engineering teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Location:Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $70-$74/hr 

What's the Job?

• Build and enhance a multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks that streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Design and develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that support AI-powered experiences.
• Implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and reusable AI capabilities.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities with strong technical execution.
• Prototype, deploy, and continuously improve AI solutions with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications, with strong proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications, including experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions that can be reused across teams.
• 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Agile and self-starter mindset—able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
