Software Engineer 4 - Contingent

Our client, enterprise technology is seeking a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the software engineering organization supporting AI solutions delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to build scalable systems, a collaborative mindset across product and engineering partners, and the ability to prototype and ship AI-enabled features that improve productivity and efficiency.

Location:Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $70-$75/hr 

What's the Job?

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks that streamline workflows.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that support AI-powered experiences and reusable AI capabilities.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and workflow patterns.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities with measurable business impact.
• Drive technical excellence across scalability, security, and performance while rapidly prototyping and deploying AI solutions.

What's Needed?

• Full-Stack Development: 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• Generative AI Engineering: 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Enterprise Application Development: 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
