iOS engineer

Our client, a technology organization is seeking a iOS engineer to join their team. As an iOS engineer, you will be part of the Mobile team supporting the development of next-generation iOS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly—aligning successfully in the organization.

Location:Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr 

What's the Job? 

• Design, develop, and prototype front-end iOS applications for the Mobile team.
• Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Implement front-end logic and data interactions, integrating back-end APIs into screens and components.
• Collaborate with the design team to define app features and participate in design reviews with the middleware team.
• Ensure application quality and performance by identifying bottlenecks, fixing bugs before release, and maintaining core code and updates.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift, SwiftUI, and/or Objective-C.
• Proven experience building and shipping iOS applications for the iOS platform.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git and Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with biometrics, push notifications, and Camera API integrations.
