Developer - UI

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Developer - UI to join their team. As a Developer - UI, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $70

What's the Job?

• Develop highly scalable front-end applications using React JS, AG Grid, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deliver applications to production on Azure utilizing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and integrated Azure services.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to enhance Python/Django APIs and deliver comprehensive end-to-end features.
• Identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks to ensure optimal application performance.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms across various systems and environments.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience building production UI applications with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with advanced data grids, preferably AG Grid, including server-side data loading, filtering, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of front-end fundamentals including HTML, CSS, browser APIs, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Comfort working across the stack by consuming and evolving APIs, with exposure to Python/Django being a plus and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with data modeling, SQL, and building shared UI component libraries and design systems (e.g., Storybook).
