Java Full Stack Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the development and support team, contributing to innovative solutions that drive business success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s values and goals.

Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Addison, TX or Jersey City, NJ (hybrid)

Pay Range: $68 /hr w2 (Not open to subcontracting) 

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain web services and RESTful interfaces to support business applications.
• Design, build, and optimize distributed and scalable microservices to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Participate in story refinement, requirement definition, and estimation to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and document processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

What's Needed?

• At least 8-10 years of experience in full-stack development, with exposure to the financial sector preferred.
• Proficiency in Core Java, with working knowledge of RedHat OpenShift, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Experience with web services development, REST APIs, and database management (relational and non-relational).
• Strong understanding of source code repositories like GIT, and continuous integration/deployment strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
