Fiancial Planning & Analysis Finance Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer products industry, is seeking a Fiancial Planning & Analysis Finance Manager to join their team. As a Fiancial Planning & Analysis Finance Manager, you will be part of the Finance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support financial planning and reporting for the Lifestyle division, including pulling and managing testing of reporting for financial models.
• Assist in processes supporting SAP integration and business transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Finance Co-pilots and cross-functional teams to transition from legacy reporting tools and establish new operational workflows.
• Contribute to the Monthly Business Planning process, Dynamic Forecast, and other strategic financial activities.
• Create and update leadership presentations, analyze variances, and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus.
• Up to 5-7 years of experience in planning and reporting within a consumer products or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP financial reporting and processes.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
