Solutions Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Technology Solutions team supporting enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Solutions Architect

Location:Remote, with a hybrid schedule requiring 4 days on-site in South Park (4100 Coca-Cola Plaza), Charlotte

Pay Range:$135,000 - $140,000

What's the Job?

• Develop high-level solution architectures that align with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
• Partner with product and delivery teams to evaluate technical feasibility, scalability, and integration impacts of new initiatives.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency.
• Mentor and coach delivery teams on technologies, systems, and best practices, including responsible AI development.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for modernization and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Strong software development background with 7–10 years of experience, ideally with full-stack expertise.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions within cloud environments such as Azure.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working within Agile delivery models and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, system design, and integration patterns.
