Program Manager

Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting cross-functional project and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and analytical problem-solving capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Austin, TX (8000 Metropolis Drive, Austin, TX 78744)
Pay Range: $60/hour

What’s the Job?

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-project programs.
• Define program objectives, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives.
• Manage project dependencies, shared resources, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Conduct program reviews and measure outcomes against success criteria.

What’s Needed?

• 2 to 4 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
