R&D Engineer Sr.

Job Title: R&D Engineer Sr. (Senior Engineer, AI Data Operations & Validation)
Location: Little Canada, MN
Pay Range: $60/hr to $66/hr on W2 

Job Details: 

• Lead data management activities supporting AI/ML development in a medical device environment.
• Coordinate collection, ingestion, and organization of clinical and field-derived datasets, including imaging and procedural data.
• Establish and maintain ground truth datasets for model training and validation.
• Design and execute model evaluation workflows to assess AI model performance against established standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data pipelines, labeling quality, and model development processes.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience supporting AI/ML development, data engineering, or model validation.
• Experience with data lifecycle management, model evaluation, and performance frameworks.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Azure Data Platform, or Databricks.
