IT BA - Newark, DE

Our client, a leader in the technology and business solutions industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an IT BA, you will be an integral part of the Business Analysis department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IT BA

Location: Newark, DE (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

Pay Range: $50-$53/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with IT and Business stakeholders to define and deliver effective solutions that meet organizational objectives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Lead planning, eliciting, analyzing, and managing project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design high-level solutions, develop test cases, and support implementation efforts in partnership with project teams.
• Adapt to changing project demands by leading additional IT project work as needed, ensuring successful delivery.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a technical product owner or business analyst in a project-based environment.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies, with experience using agile tools like Jira preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage at various organizational levels.
