Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cloud services sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Solutions Architect Recruiter II to join their dynamic team. As a Solutions Architect Recruiter II, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Commercial Sector teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive sourcing abilities, and a passion for connecting top talent with impactful opportunities, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s mission to drive cloud innovation and customer success.

Job Title: Solutions Architect Recruiter II

Location: Seattle, WA (Fully Onsite)

Pay Range: $40-45/hr. PLUS Benefits

Duration: 11-month contract with the potential for hire/extension

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (flexible)

What's the Job?

• Leverage multiple sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach strategies, to identify and engage qualified candidates for complex requisitions.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that increase lead volume and monitor external talent pipelines and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build long-term candidate networks and influence best practices around job descriptions and messaging.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences by providing timely communication and personalized engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Own and manage recruiting programs such as referral drives, networking events, and conference engagement to strengthen the talent pipeline.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within corporate staffing environments.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills with experience managing multiple requisitions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Experience with data-driven recruitment practices, including setting benchmarks and tracking metrics.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn and ATS systems.
