Job Description
The Client is seeking a temporary Community Impact Grants & Systems Specialist Contractor to provide operational support for the clients Foundation during a staffing transition. This role will focus on grants administration, grantee communications, database management, project coordination, and support of the YourCause implementation initiative. The contractor will help maintain continuity of grantmaking operations while documenting processes and supporting future-state planning.

Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate applicant, grantee, award, payment, reporting, and contact records within grants management systems.
Serve as a point of contact for applicants and grantees, providing timely communication and support.
Coordinate grant administration activities including application intake, documentation review, award correspondence, payment preparation, reporting, and closeout activities.
Support implementation of the YourCause platform by tracking tasks, dependencies, decisions, testing activities, and training materials.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Community Impact, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Communications, Legal, and external vendors.
Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, SOPs, and operational handoff documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum three years of experience in grantmaking operations, nonprofit administration, project coordination, database administration, or similar fields.
Experience managing records, deadlines, workflows, and stakeholder communications.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills and proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with YourCause, GrantsConnect, CSRconnect, or similar grants management platforms.
Experience supporting software implementations, data migrations, user acceptance testing, and training initiatives.
