Our client, a leading provider of print and document management solutions, is seeking an Onsite Technical Administrator to join their team. As an Onsite Technical Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Service Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 28.00
What's the Job?
- Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms/applications using established protocols.
- Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, consumables, and paper, ensuring adequate supplies at customer sites.
- Conduct routine installations and configurations, assembling and integrating systems/products according to standard protocols.
- Assist end users with device functionality and troubleshoot common technical issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow incident, change, and problem management processes, executing scripted change activities with precision and adherence to protocols.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or demonstrated work experience and competence.
- Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
