Our client, a leading provider in the printing and document management industry, is seeking a Onsite Print Administrator to join their team. As a Onsite Print Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the onsite technical support team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 29.00

What's the Job?

  • Monitor printing systems and hardware to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems using established protocols.
  • Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, paper, and other supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist end users with device functionality and troubleshoot common issues such as paper jams.
  • Conduct routine installations, configurations, and execute scripted change management activities in compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with support teams and report customer satisfaction levels to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
